Requirements
We are searching for a candidate with:
•Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in finance, accounting or similar; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
•5 years of Finance or Accounting related experience.
•Strong analytical skills.
•Self-driven, roll up your sleeves approach to problem solving.
•Operate with a high sense of urgency and personal initiative.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain purpose and result of analysis.
•Strong organizational skills including time management, project management and prioritization of tasks.
•Ability to work with business customers throughout the organization.
•Basic accounting knowledge to allow for understanding of financial statements and reconciliation.
•Strong knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office products, especially excel.
•ERP systems knowledge, Oracle a plus.
•The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with manufacturing experience, who can grow in this role.
Duties and Responsibilities
•Develop and prepare timely interpretive reporting, analysis, trends, and forecasts.
•Analysis of budgets, forecasts, trends, and recommendations of correction and focus areas to address performance issues.
•Management reporting and analysis, including preparation and review of analyses for the monthly business reviews.
•Work with management team to develop and execute key strategies to support the department and corporate mission.
•Plan and manage tasks, projects and initiatives with finance and cross-functional partners that impact financial reporting processes and Commercial business partnership.
•Assist in the development and execution of the Annual Operating Plan.
•Track variances between financial projections and actuals to identify and troubleshoot differences and recommend adjustments or improvements.
•Prepare balance sheets, income statements, cash flow analyses, and other financial reports to assess company performance and financial health.
