: Senior Analyst, Corporate Finance

Radnor, PA (Fully on-site)

This is a collaborative position responsible for supporting various finance initiatives within Essent. The role entails providing comprehensive analytical support for financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis across a range of projects and groups with a focus on supporting growth of the Essent Title franchise.

- Support the Finance team in developing timely and accurate financial forecasts, integrating key segment data into the broader forecast framework. Collaborate with key business leaders to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and prepare detailed ongoing and ad hoc stakeholder reporting.

- Manage key financial analysis components of the Title insurance business including corporate and project economics, metric assessment, budget planning, forecast outlook and scenario testing. Ensure compliance with internal reporting requirements and leverage technology for existing process enhancement.

- Provide financial analysis for Corporate Finance and Corporate Development objectives including capital strategy, reinsurance and strategic investment. Assist in evaluating opportunities for capital structure optimization, financial flexibility and stress testing.

- Support the assessment and management of strategic investment opportunities in collaboration with Corporate Development and Investment functions. Aid in diligence, valuation, and integration processes supporting informed decision-making and effective execution.

- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree required with focus in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics or a related quantitative discipline preferred.

- Target two to five years’ experience analyzing financial statements, financial forecasting and strategic analysis.

- Experience in mortgage, financial service/insurance or accounting industry preferred.

- Advanced proficiency in Excel with working knowledge of applying VBA coding.

- Proficiency in using PowerPoint to quickly build clear and effective presentations.

- Familiarity with and practical experience in using AI technologies.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to confidently prepare and deliver presentations.

- Highly thorough and detail-oriented mentality with capacity to work independently or collaborate effectively in a group setting.

- Sound business acumen, with ability to assimilate, synthesize, interpret, and extrapolate complex financial information.

- Familiarity with or experience in housing or title Insurance related industry preferred.
