Job Overview:

The Senior Financial Analyst position plays a vital role in the finance team. This high-impact role combines advanced OneStream system administration and financial analysis/reporting across the organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in OneStream administration, including system implementation. The candidate will operate as the OneStream system administrator, enhancing, extending and configuring the platform, as needed to support business operations.

The Senior Financial Analyst will collaborate closely with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Executive Leadership to ensure financial systems and data-driven insights support overall business objectives.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

System Administration

- Manage and administer the company’s OneStream consolidation platform, ensuring optimal system performance, data accuracy, and access control.

- Work with 3rd party administrators as needed on technical enhancements

Financial Analysis and Report Development

- Support the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and management reporting.

- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.

- Design, build, and maintain OneStream reports to deliver actionable insights for finance and cross-functional teams.

Dashboarding

- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards to visualize KPIs and key financial metrics.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work with teams across departments to align analytics solutions with key business goals and operational strategies.

Process Optimization

- Identify opportunities to automate and enhance recurring reporting and forecasting workflows.

Compliance & Data Governance

- Ensure financial data and reporting practices meet regulatory, security, and internal compliance standards

Other Duties

- Perform additional responsibilities as needed to ensure smooth financial operations and business continuity.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, MIS, or a related field required.

- Certifications such as OneStream (OCP/OCA/OCS) are a plus.

- 3- 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Data Analytics, Corporate Finance, or a similar field.

- Industry experience in energy, industrials, or manufacturing sectors is preferred but not mandatory.

Technical & Functional Skills

- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.

- Expertise in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Advanced skills in administering OneStream platforms.

- Experience with dashboarding tools.
