Rogers Group is currently seeking a motivated individual for the
Senior Financial Analystposition in the Nashville, TN corporate office, reporting directly to the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis. This position is
NOT REMOTE. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and analytical skills. This candidate will also provide a high level of customer service and support to our Strategic Market Areas.
Job Responsibilities
- Provides business planning and forecasting administration/analysis.
- Preparation and analysis of monthly and annual financial results.
- Prepare and present clear and concise financial reports to senior management, effectively communicating financial information.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics, providing insights into performance trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
- Conduct analyses as requested by management.
- Interacts internally with Corporate and Operations personnel and externally with consultants and accounting professionals.
- Administrator of our planning system, IBM Planning Analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
- Minimum 3-5 years total experience required.
- Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Office applications. Advanced Excel skills, database and strong presentation skills.
- Experience working with IBM Planning Analytics, Oracle, and Power BI experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work well under pressure, and meets deadlines.
- Firm understanding of financial statements.
