Responsibilities:
•Lead and manage national field operations related to residential solar installations, ensuring on-time, high-quality, and compliant execution across all regions.
•Collaborate closely with Ambia leadership to operationalize strategic initiatives at the field level across multiple states and markets.
•Drive performance and standardization across regional teams, maintaining alignment with national KPIs and service benchmarks.
•Develop and enforce consistent processes, policies, and procedures to ensure uniformity in installation practices nationwide.
•Monitor regional performance metrics, analyze operational trends, and report finding and improvement plans to Ambia leadership.
•Partner with regional operations managers and local field teams to identify challenges, implement solutions, and scale best practices.
•Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal safety regulations, company standards, and licensing requirements.
•Oversee workforce capacity planning for national field operations, supporting hiring, training, and resource allocation in coordination with HR.
•Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, and scheduling teams to optimize national installation workflows and reduce delays.
•Support the customer experience initiatives by ensuring timely, professional, and high-quality field execution across markets.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
•7+ years of experience in field operations, with at least 3 years in a multi-regional or national leadership capacity, preferably in solar, construction, or energy sectors.
•Proven ability to lead geographically dispersed teams and manage large-scale field operations.
•Strong understanding of installation processes, permitting, safety, and quality control in the residential solar or similar industry.
•Excellent leadership, team-building, and communication skills across all organizational levels.
•Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with experience using performance data to drive operational improvements.
•Familiarity with project management tools, CRM platforms, and field tracking software.

•Must be able to sit for extended periods of time when in office and must be able to stand and move for extended periods of time when in the field.
