Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Manager to oversee operations in the field and ensure that construction projects are executed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. This role is crucial in maintaining high standards of quality and safety while fostering a productive work environment.

Responsibilities

•

Lead and supervise field teams to ensure project goals are met on time and within scope.

•

Develop and implement operational plans, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

•

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and provide guidance to team members.

•

Collaborate with CTI's, Sales Teams, and other stakeholders to align field operations with overall project objectives.

•

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety among team members.

•

Train, mentor, and evaluate field staff, providing constructive feedback for performance improvement.

•

Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily logs, reports, and incident documentation.

•

Address client concerns promptly and professionally to maintain strong relationships.

Qualifications

•

Proven experience in a field management role or similar position within the construction/petroleum industry.

•

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively.

•

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

•

Proficiency in project management software and tools is preferred.

•

Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on achieving results.

•

Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

•

Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards is essential.

•

A valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites.
