Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Manager to oversee operations in the field and ensure that construction projects are executed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. This role is crucial in maintaining high standards of quality and safety while fostering a productive work environment.
Responsibilities
•Lead and supervise field teams to ensure project goals are met on time and within scope.
•Develop and implement operational plans, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
•Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and provide guidance to team members.
•Collaborate with CTI's, Sales Teams, and other stakeholders to align field operations with overall project objectives.
•Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety among team members.
•Train, mentor, and evaluate field staff, providing constructive feedback for performance improvement.
•Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily logs, reports, and incident documentation.
•Address client concerns promptly and professionally to maintain strong relationships.
Qualifications
•Proven experience in a field management role or similar position within the construction/petroleum industry.
•Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively.
•Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
•Proficiency in project management software and tools is preferred.
•Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on achieving results.
•Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
•Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards is essential.
•A valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites.
