Field Operations Manager
Compensation: $50K - 60K base + Uncapped team performance commission getting you to the 80K+.
Garcia Roofing is hiring a high-level Field Operations Manager to lead and develop our on-the-ground production team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives outdoors, can lead by example, and knows how to drive quality and performance through strong leadership and organization.
What You’ll Do:
•
Supervise, train, and support a team of Field Supervisors, Quality Control Inspectors, and Field Assistants
•
Conduct daily roof inspections, jobsite visits, and post-job quality checks
•
Oversee job flow and coordination across multiple active projects
•
Ensure your team is equipped, organized, and compliant with safety standards
•
Communicate with the production department on job progress, issues, and crew performance
•
Help enforce timelines, accuracy, and cleanliness at all sites
•
Provide leadership and accountability in the field; this role is hands-on — you’ll be climbing roofs and working in the elements
What We’re Looking For:
•
3+ years of experience in roofing, construction management, or field operations
•
Strong leadership qualities — ability to guide, correct, and motivate field staff
•
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
•
Comfortable climbing ladders and walking roofs daily
•
Organized, assertive, and solution-oriented
•
Must pass background, drug, and MVR checks

$60,000 – $80,000 base salary with additional commission incentives
