Senior Benefits Analyst

Conducts analysis and research to support developing and administering effective US and Canada benefits programs in accordance with the organization's total reward strategy.

Use analytical skills and knowledge of US and Canada benefit plans to assist with the plan and program design, develop metrics and financial tracking, and work closely with benefit vendors to manage benefit system requirements and/or program spend.

Assist with policy, process and procedure development and US and Canada vendor management.
