You’ll be a key member of a collaborative team responsible for administering benefit plans for over 26,000 employees and retirees, leading efforts that ensure compliance, drive process improvements, and deliver high-value services. You’ll spearhead or support RFPs, vendor transitions, and the financial management of our health and welfare plans. This role offers the opportunity to shape benefits strategy, influence major plan and vendor decisions, and make a lasting impact on the well-being of the company’s workforce.
