The Marathon Kenai Alaska Refinery has an opening for an on-site Senior Administrative Assistant position. This position will proactively provide a full range of administrative support to the General Manager of the Kenai Refinery and supplementary support as needed to the local and functional teams of Refinery Leadership Team. The available schedules for this on-site position are 9/80 or 5/40.
The successful candidate will be able to carry out all assigned responsibilities and balance the broad, varied, and in some cases complex needs of multiple individuals with minimal guidance and supervision . The candidate must be able to handle multiple organizational needs and priorities in a calm, professional, confidential, and confident manner while maintaining a positive attitude. The candidate must be a team player and eager to work with, support and back up administrative assistants in the area. The successful candidate will be highly self-motivated with strong organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as interact with internal and external stakeholders professionally.
