SaltCo is seeking a Senior Accountant to play a critical role in managing and strengthening the financial foundation of a rapidly growing organization. This is not a back-office role. This position is responsible for owning day-to-day accounting operations while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and speed across all financial processes. You’ll work directly with leadership, gain visibility into the full business, and help build systems that support long-term growth—not just maintain the status quo. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of operating independently, while also stepping into a leadership role as the company grows. This role is designed to evolve into an Accounting Manager within 9–12 months, based on performance, ownership, and the ability to improve processes—not just maintain them.
