Job Summary
The Select Account Director motivates the NTS Select Account sales team, designs strategic sales plans, and assesses competition in key markets. This position will coordinate the select account sales team revenue goals, implement plans to generate leads, increase sales revenue, and work on internal go-to-market strategies. This role is pivotal in managing and nurturing the most strategic client relationships, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service, and driving growth within key accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet the company's revenue goals and market expansion objectives.
•Lead and mentor a team of select account managers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of account strategies and the achievement of targets.
•Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our services within existing accounts, leveraging a deep understanding of clients' business objectives and strategic goals.
•Collaborate with clients to develop and implement strategic plans that address their business challenges and objectives, delivering tailored solutions that drive value.
•Monitor the performance of accounts, analyzing data and metrics to ensure client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
•Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on account performance, key developments, and strategic initiatives.
•Collaborate closely with marketing on NTS campaigns and branding initiatives.
•Build sales initiatives and execute customer-focused events to improve business relationships and drive sales penetration across the U.S.
•Drive profitable sales growth by providing customer-inspired solutions while implementing our appropriate market sales strategy.
•Promote efficient and optimal use of Salesforce for effective sales impact and tracking.
Knowledge and Skills
•Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
•Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving sales targets.
•Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
•Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
•Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in account management or a related role, with a proven track record of managing and growing key accounts.
•Must have a valid driver's license
