As the Regional Director, you’ll be the primary conduit between senior leadership and your region—coordinating the alignment of markets, disciplines, and managers to achieve strategic outcomes. You’ll use your knowledge of the firm’s financial, project delivery and quality, marketing, business development, risk management, staff management, and human resources best practices to shape and support a high-performance team. This is more than a regional leadership position; it’s a strategic role where your decisions directly influence office success, employee satisfaction, and business growth.

As either an engineer, architect, planner, or technologist, you’ll continue engaging with our clients on assignments through all project stages, from definition, through planning, design, and construction using demonstrated abilities to recognize opportunities, understand client needs, and manage and deliver projects.
