Job Summary

salesman's/estimator

You will be expected to estimate projects, manage material ordering, oversee subcontractor contracts, KMB is a general contractor and specialty marine contractor

Duties

- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards

Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise

Experience-

- Previous estimating experience required

- Proficiency in construction management software such as Builder Trend, Bluebeam, Heavy Bid, Prolog, Pro Core, and Primavera

- Strong understanding of construction estimating, contracts, and quality control processes

- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards
