Seawall & Dock construction salesman/estimator

Job Summary

Sales, estimating, and design

You will be expected to execute sales strategy, initiate contact with existing and potential customers in the marina industry as well as waterfront establishments and waterfront homeowners. Identify the customer's needs and sell the appropriate products and projects to meet those needs. Previous experience selling Docks and Seawall including estimating is preferred.

Duties

- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards

Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise

Experienc-

- Previous sales and estimating experience required

- Proficiency in construction management software such as BuilderTrend, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, Prolog, ProCore, and Primavera

- Strong understanding of construction estimating, contracts, and quality control processes

- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards
