Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage security projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline
- Develop project plans, including defining project objectives, deliverables, and milestones
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
- Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring cost control
- Ensure compliance with security standards, regulations, and best practices
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members
Experience:
- Proven experience in managing security projects of varying complexity and scale
- Experience in vendor management and working with external suppliers
- Proficient in using project management tools and software systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
- Experience in product management, program management, or project portfolio management is a plus
