- Coordinate physical security requirements and/or needs of True family members.
- Oversee protection of properties from theft, embezzlement, and sabotage; investigates and prepares reports on incidents, suspicious activities, and other security related situations across multiple states.
- Inspect and manage security for True companies’ facilities including condition of security equipment.
- Identify, analyze, and propose resolution for a variety of security related problems and situations.
- Conduct investigations when appropriate; prepare a complete and accurate record of any losses or violations of company regulations, policies and/or procedures.
- Ensure security-related compliance with applicable federal, state and local regulations.
- Serve as liaison with public law enforcement, fire, other industry security professionals, and other government agencies as related to security of properties and/or individuals.
- Anticipate problems, advise, make recommendations, and assist in the development of security policies, procedures, and/or programs, and use of security equipment and devices.
- Assist in the implementation and operation of automated security systems and trail cameras, as appropriate and needed.
- May be required to maintain records for periodic security systems inspections with customer liaisons and other technical professionals.
- Provide security related training to diverse audiences, including annual bank robbery training, and perform all duties in a professional manner.
- Ten 10 (ten) years of experience in a security-related field such as law enforcement, the military or security management; or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
- Liaison experience with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies.
- Proven experience conducting investigations.
- Familiarity with security technology; including video, access control, and alarm monitoring systems.
- Good working knowledge of security operations and enforcement procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, including college course work in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- Familiarity with upstream and mid-stream aspects of the oil and gas industry.
- English language fluency, verbal and written.
- Acceptable results of a pre-employment background check, credit check and drug/alcohol test.
