We are looking for a skilled CNC Lathe Operator/Machinist to join our team on second shift. This important role is responsible for producing precision parts, maintaining quality standards, and supporting efficient production in a team environment.

- Setup and operate CNC lathe/Swiss machines
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics
- Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds for materials
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools
- Maintain high quality standards
- Collaborate with engineering, quality control, and other team members to improve processes- 2+ years of experience operating CNC lathe/Swiss in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of blueprint reading, GD&T and machining principles
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment
