Seasonal Billing & Operations Coordinator

Join a supportive team as the Seasonal Billing & Operations Coordinator, where you’ll help keep residential member billing running smoothly through everyday administrative tasks and accurate data review. In this role, you’ll assist with document digitization, meter and billing validations, and general office support that contributes to reliable member billing.

Location:

This position is a temporary position requiring part-time, in-office hours from June through late August at our campus located at 14601 Ramsey Blvd., Ramsey, MN 55303. Based on current requirements, hires must reside or relocate to Minnesota.

Compensation:

Anticipated hiring range is between $20.78 - $27.27. The final compensation offered is based on the selected candidates qualifications, experience and skill level.

In this position you will:

- Provide support for general office and administrative functions to support efficient departmental operations.

- Daily mailroom operations including mail distribution, postage processing and document preparation

- Assist with updating and maintaining member mailing addresses

- Digitize and organize documentation within software systems

- Perform meter audit initiatives through data review and validation activities

- Support load management program enrollment and related data entry functions

- Assist with billing related tasks and special projects

Need to have:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.

- Previous customer service, administrative, or office support experience preferred.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to navigate multiple software systems efficiently.

- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have:

- Basic understanding of office procedures and data entry best practices.

- Ability to review and validate data with attention to accuracy and detail.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills appropriate to an entry-level role.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality of members and company information.
