The SAP Data Entry Clerk will play a key role in supporting the accurate and efficient input of data into the SAP system. This position offers opportunities to expand knowledge and experience in SAP, including working with customers, vendors, material/product data, and other key data frameworks. The role involves collaborating with various departments to gather and input critical information, ensuring data integrity and supporting operational processes across the organization.

- Data Entry: Entering new master data into the SAP system, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of information.
- Reviewing and verifying data for accuracy against source documents and identifying and resolving data inconsistencies or errors.
- Updating existing master data as needed, including changes to customer information, product details, or vendor contact details.
- Identifying and correcting duplicate records, outdated information, or other data quality issues.
- Participating in special projects, system enhancements, and ad hoc analysis, as assigned.
- Working with various departments to ensure data is accurately inputted.
- Anticipating problems with all sorts of data/objects in the system and seeking clarification.
- Demonstrates a high level of competency in basic computer operations and navigation.
- Can display a high level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility.
- Is motivated with a strong desire to take on new challenges and learning opportunities.
- Can utilize their knowledge in math and is proficient with computers, with an emphasis on excel.
- Has knowledge of data governance practices and data quality metrics.
- Is able to effectively communicate with stakeholders to gather necessary information and address data-related queries.
- Has basic knowledge of accounting.
- Must be able to pass a drug screening, medical physical and, if applicable, visual testing.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift/move up to 15 pounds at times.
