SaltCo Delivery Driver

Delivery Driver (Full-Time- 2nd Shift)

We are seeking a reliable Delivery Driver (full-time second shift) to join our team. In this role, you will deliver water softener salt promptly and professionally to our valued customers. No CDL or heavy lifting required.

The ideal candidate is a quick learner with a clean driving record, a positive can-do attitude, and willingness to travel, including occasional overnight stays. Deliveries will primarily serve customers in Minnesota, Western WI, and Iowa.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver water softener salt using our specialized Jet-powered delivery trucks, which allow salt to be "jetted" directly into customers' brine tanks from outside the building.

- Maintain a flexible schedule while ensuring timely and efficient deliveries.

- Provide excellent customer service during interactions.

Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience.

Qualifications:

- Clean driving record.

- At least 3 years of driving experience.

- Comfortable operating a large truck.

- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

- Fluent in English communication.

- Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
