- Be a Brand Ambassador: Support retailers in delivering a consistent, high-quality brand experience through training, coaching, and image compliance.

- Drive Retail Excellence: Help stores improve their performance by implementing best practices in merchandising, marketing, and customer service.

- Promote Growth: Encourage retailers to adopt promotional programs, loyalty initiatives, and credit card offerings to boost sales and customer engagement.

- Plan for the Future: Guide retailers in operational improvements and long-term planning to ensure sustainable success.

- Evaluate & Improve: Conduct image evaluations, facility assessments, and ensure compliance with brand and regulatory standards.

- Collaborate & Execute: Work closely with internal teams and suppliers to implement business plans and promotional strategies.

What You Bring

- 1–3 years of experience in sales or sales support, or a recent college graduate eager to grow in a sales career

- Strong understanding of numbers and basic finance

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- Ability to multitask and work independently

- A collaborative mindset and adaptability to different personalities

- Willingness to travel daily within your assigned region
