Job Description

What is the opportunity?

Red Cloud Securities is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Assistant who is enthusiastic, personable, and detail oriented.

What will you do?

- Support the Retail Sales team across a wide variety of functions

- Help with new account openings, subscription agreements, wire transfers, and other administrative tasks

- Assist with virtual and in-person investor presentations

- Assist with corporate marketing events with retail clients (conferences, corporate luncheons, sporting events, branch visits)

What do you need to succeed?

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal

- High level of time management and organization skills

- Team player with the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment

- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills

- Experience in financial sector is an asset but not required
