We are looking for a motivated, results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing fiber WiFi marketing team. In this role, you’ll be mentored toward success and equipped with the tools to take control of your finances and work-life balance—through your own time investment and dedication.
The ideal candidate is energetic, personable, and skilled in door-to-door sales and upselling, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
•Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including follow-up on pre-qualified leads provided to you.
•Conduct quick, effective needs assessments to tailor your pitch to each customer.
•Manage the entire 5-minute sales process from prospecting to close.
•Apply upselling techniques to maximize customer value.
•Collaborate with your team to achieve sales targets and support company growth.
•Provide regular updates on performance and sales activities.
•Represent the company at networking events and community functions.
Requirements
•Prior sales or customer-facing experience (retail or door-to-door sales preferred).
•Excellent communication and people skills — charisma and confidence are key.
•Strong self-management and time management abilities.
•Driven by results, personal growth, and income potential.
•Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus, but not required.
•Must be comfortable working independently and as part of a motivated team.
