Sales Representative (Independent Contractor, 1099) (Commission-Based, Remote / Fieldwork)

We provide hands-on support including strategic consultation, accounting, legal insight, and operational implementation to help small and mid-sized companies compete with industry giants. Our goal is a freer, more just market, empowered by those bold enough to reshape it.
As a Sales Strategist, you’ll serve as one of the first points of contact for potential partner businesses. Your role will be to communicate SEED’s value, onboard qualified clients, and help form long-lasting partnerships. You may work flexibly, will earn based on performance, and operate as an independent contractor, receiving 5% of SEED’s revenue share per each month the clients you onboard remain active.
This is not a traditional hourly or salaried position. Your earnings will reflect the scale and depth of the partnerships you build. We’re looking for those who can sell with purpose and believe in SEED’s mission.
Important Note: As stated above, this is a role in an early-stage initiative. S.E.E.D. is an emerging firm currently in development, and we are seeking entrepreneurial-minded individuals who align with our mission. This position is 100% commission-based, structured as a profit-sharing system directly tied to your performance and client development efforts.
There is no salary cap or earnings ceiling, and your percentage share of profit will not be diluted or reduced. While earnings can scale quickly with successful outreach, it’s important to understand that income is earned exclusively through successful sales and sustained client relationship development.
