Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team and play a pivotal role in growing our dust and fume collection business. This is a high-impact position focused on identifying customer needs, presenting technical solutions, and fostering long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

•

Develop and maintain relationships with industrial, commercial, and construction clients.

•

Identify client pain points and consult on customized dust and fume collection solutions.

•

Deliver product presentations and technical education to decision-makers.

•

Prepare and present estimates, proposals, and project scopes.

•

Collaborate with the engineering and operations teams to ensure solution feasibility and performance.

•

Monitor market trends and report customer feedback to refine offerings.

Qualifications

Required:

•

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

•

Ability to learn and communicate technical concepts effectively.

•

Self-motivated, with strong time management and follow-up discipline.

•

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally/regionally.

Preferred:

•

Experience in B2B industrial sales or mechanical/ventilation systems.

•

Background in HVAC, mechanical contracting, fabrication, or plant operations.

•

Familiarity with OSHA, NFPA, or EPA standards related to air quality.
