We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join our growing team and represent our line of Concrete Form Ties and related construction products across Canada and the United States.

You’ll have the chance to travel, network with leading construction professionals, and directly contribute to Lockwood’s continued growth.
- Develop new business by proactively reaching out to contractors, distributors, and builders across North America.
- Build strong client relationships through personalized communication, follow-ups, and exceptional service.
- Introduce and promote Lockwood’s high-quality construction products with a consultative, professional approach.
- Collaborate closely with our inside sales, logistics, and production teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Travel opportunities to meet clients and attend industry events in both Canada and the U.S.
- Drive growth — and be rewarded for it through commission and performance incentives.- 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or order desk (construction or industrial background preferred)
- Confidence in cold calling, email outreach, and lead generation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM/order management systems)
- Positive, self-motivated attitude with a professional presence
- Bilingual (English/French or English/Spanish) is an asset
