Sales Representative

Job Title: Solar Appointment Setter (Door-to-Door Sales)

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our solar sales team as Door-to-Door Appointment Setters.

Your role is simple: knock doors, talk to homeowners, and set appointments for a trained closer to come out and finalize the sale.

You are not closing deals — your only responsibility is to explain our solar program and book appointments.

No experience is required. Full training and mentorship are provided.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Knock door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods

- Speak with homeowners and explain our solar program in a simple way

- Deliver a short pitch (30 seconds to 2 minutes)

- Set qualified appointments for a solar closer

- Follow basic team guidelines and daily schedules

- Maintain a positive and professional attitude
