What You’ll Do:
Key Responsibilities → What Success Looks Like
•Prospect & engagement of new customers face-to-face in assigned retail territory
•Daily activity targets met; pipeline consistently full
•Present solutions, demo products, negotiate terms, and close deals
•Consistent attainment of weekly revenue & product goals
•Own end-to-end paperwork, CRM updates, and post-sale follow-up
•Customer retention at ≥ 85%; customer satisfaction at ≥ 99%
•Collaborate with Marketing & Operations on campaigns and feedback
•New ideas adopted; cross-functional projects delivered
You’re a Great Fit If You…
•Thrive on in-person interaction and can turn a cold introduction into a warm handshake within seconds
•Have 1–3 years of F2F customer interaction experience
•Hold a valid driver’s license and can navigate a local territory
•Are goal-driven, resilient, and unfazed by rejection – you see “no” as “not yet”
•Can work evenings or weekends when customer traffic is highest
•Have experience selling in retail, D2D, or B2B roles
