You'll coordinate project details, manage documentation, and support communication between clients, crews, and the sales manager—ensuring smooth delivery and outstanding service from start to finish. Responsibilities: Prospect, Nurture and Close new business Organization of Material Assists with planning and execution efforts Creation, organization, and submission of various documentation Customer Service A Day in the Life: Sales & Client Acquisition oResearch and identify potential leads using CRM systems, online databases, and other resources. oProspect and qualify high-potential homeowners and commercial clients oPresent tailored energy solutions using a consultative sales approach oPrepare and deliver competitive, professional proposals oNavigate complex negotiations to secure contracts. Cold-call potential clients to gauge interest and generate new sales opportunities Sales Activities oHandle inbound sales calls and inquiries from potential clients oTimely preparation of quotations and project proposals oConduct project presentations in person, over the phone or via video calls. oRespond to clients' questions, handle objections, and provide clarifications oClose sales and achieve set quarterly and annual sales targets. Client Management oMaintain regular contact with the sales pipeline to move leads through the sales cycle. oBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. oEnsure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives. CRM and Database Management oUpdate and manage all sales activities, notes, and data in the CRM software. oTrack and measure daily, weekly, and monthly sales metrics and report on them. oEnsure that all customer communication is logged and records are up-to-date. Collaboration oCoordinate with various members of the Bluewater Energy Team to facilitate and support their selling efforts. oWork closely with design, operations, and install teams to deliver seamless projects oWork closely with the sales team to identify best practices and strategies to improve sales performance. oCollaborate with the technical teams to address project / product-related queries. oShare client feedback and market insights with leadership and product teams Product Knowledge oStay updated on product features, benefits, and pricing. oAttend regular training sessions and workshops to gain a deeper understanding of the product or service. oRelay customer feedback to product teams for continuous product improvement. After-Sales Activities: oFollow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback. oResolve any potential issues to ensure customer satisfaction. oUpsell or cross-sell services and products when appropriate. Reporting: oPrepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly sales reports and present to the management team. oAnalyze sales trends to determine future sales strategies and areas of improvement. Professional Development: oAttend sales training programs and webinars to improve selling techniques and product knowledge oContinuously learn about the industry, market trends, and competitor activities Qualifications: Post Secondary Education in Sales, Business Development or Customer Relations 3+ years in high-performance sales (renewables, home improvement, construction, or related industries preferred) Strong proficiency in Outlook, MS Word, MS Excell, PowerPoint Must be comfortable using CRM Must have excellent organizational, administrative, communication, and interpersonal skills.
