- Developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
- Expanding the number of opportunities with different potential customers in your territory.
- Work with property management and facility managers to solve pipe issues.
- Achieve, if not surpass, monthly quotas. Develop account strategies and plans by forecasting time and revenue.
- Regularly demonstrate success, out-of-the-box thinking and a creative approach to developing business.
- Responsible for attending Sales meetings, Trade-shows, Presentations to vendors/customers.
- Generate proposals and contracts in a timely manner.
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments.
- Create sales material to present to customers.
- Efficiently sell our unique solution through one-on-one selling and group
- Must be able to demonstrate leadership qualities. Manage accounts working along side Project Coordinator, Project Managers and Office Manager.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation skills.
