Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our organizational needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship management skills and a deep understanding of talent management processes. You will play a crucial role in aligning our hiring strategies with business objectives while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Duties
•Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
•Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
•Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
•Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
•Utilize HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft and UltiPro for tracking applicants and managing recruitment data.
•Maintain relationships with potential candidates for future openings through effective relationship management.
•Assist in employee orientation and ensure a smooth transition for new hires into the company culture.
•Support succession planning initiatives by identifying high-potential employees and facilitating their development.
•Collaborate with the HR team to enhance talent management processes and improve overall recruitment effectiveness.
Experience
•Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar HR role, demonstrating expertise in talent acquisition strategies.
•Familiarity with HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft or UltiPro is preferred.
•Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing candidate relationships is a plus.
•Strong negotiation skills to facilitate offers and contracts with candidates effectively.
•Knowledge of employee orientation processes and succession planning best practices is desirable.
•Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
•A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
