The job is hardly a sales job.

Most customers pay next-to-nothing.

We play Robin Hood.

We get the rich (insurance companies) to pay for the lower & middle-class's roofs.

This role (with reasonable effort) should net you $95K-$138K in the first year.

Our top earner cleared well over $500K in 2024.

Money is of course a huge motivator for why people work here (...and why they work in general), but the real reason people stay is the culture. You can feel it.
