The company has an immediate opening for a Sales & Marketing Administrator.
Westpro Machinery Inc. is an innovative Canadian company with an experienced engineering team that designs and manufactures mineral processing equipment. We have a global presence and over 40 years of experience in the mining industry with worldwide manufacturing capabilities and equipment installations in over 25 countries.
· Provide support to the sales and marketing teams.
· Assist with updating Salesforce contacts and projects.
· Review bid documents and notify the Sales Manager of bid requirements.
· Work with the Sales Manager to organize and coordinate bid tasks.
· Complete commercial proposal forms and pre-qualification questionnaires.
· Work with Salespeople to create PowerPoint Presentations for customers.
· Handle requests and queries from senior managers.
· Provide support to the sales and marketing teams.
· Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
· Organize all pictures and videos on the server.
· Handle requests and queries from senior managers.
· Enthusiastic, outgoing and articulate with a strong professional presence
· Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
· Experience using WordPress to update a website is an asset.
· Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word and MS Excel, in particular)
· Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
