Sales Support Administrator

We are a growing custom sheet metal manufacturing shop seeking a driven, reliable, and motivated individual to join our team. We specialize in custom flashing and retail metal roofing and siding. The ideal candidate will be comfortable taking custom orders from both contractors and homeowners, and eager to learn about our full product lines—including roofing components—so they can confidently support customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in person and over the phone with professionalism.

- Take orders, process and prepare accurate work orders for production.

- Assist with material estimating.

- Process payments in person and over the phone.

- Maintain organized filing systems (physical and electronic).

- Contribute positively to a solution-focused team culture.

Qualifications & Skills

- Strong communication and customer service skills.

- Basic computer proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel).

- Experience with QuickBooks Online (asset).

- Intermediate math skills (angles, fractions, measurements, calculation).

- Quick learner with strong attention to detail.

- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

- Bilingual (English/French) is considered a strong asset as many of our customers are French speaking.

The Position is Full-Time Monday to Friday 7:30am-4:30pm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
