Job Objective
: To support the day-to-day operations of the RelaDyne Marketing team focusing on managing administrative and operational tasks that keep our marketing systems, customer support functions, and project workflows running smoothly.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
In addition to the essential job functions described below, all associates will perform duties as requested by management. Assigned responsibilities and duties may vary based upon location size and operation.
Marketing Operations & Data Management-
- Manage and maintain data integrity in HubSpot and Salesforce, including cleanup, deduplication, and contact updates.
- Support regular reporting needs, including monthly and weekly list sends, active customer counts, failed payment follow-ups, and import/export tasks.
- Assist with e-commerce cleanup, access date cleanup, and other recurring database tasks.
- Monitor and manage live chat (Customer Portal & General inquiries).
- Handle lead routing and support setup requests.
- Build and maintain surveys and forms (HubSpot, CognitoForms).
- Coordinate and maintain location updates, product description updates, and document link management.
- Provide administrative support for company intranet updates and safety document management and transitions.
- Support small design and content updates (presentations, logos, collateral, etc.).
- Order and manage print/merchandise items as needed.
- Post approved content to social media platforms.
- Assist with e-commerce setups and general digital campaign support.
- Maintain e-commerce access including contact data imports.
- Provide miscellaneous marketing request support as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, sales operations, or administrative support.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
