Experience
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in a relevant industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business; minimum 10 years experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and analytics tools.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
