Precision Manufacturing Group, Inc., a fabricator of precision metal products, is seeking an Industrial Regional Sales Manager responsible for maintaining, identifying, and developing an industrial customer base for PMG. This position requires extensive upfront cold calling, networking efforts, and sales strategy development. Potential customers will have needs and requirements related to PMG’s unique metal fab capabilities including engineering services. The goal is to meet or exceed sales and booking goals through the development of new accounts and programs, expansion of existing accounts and direct penetration of competitive accounts.

The Role
We’re hiring a motivated and experienced Industrial Sales Manager to grow our customer base and bring in new business. You’ll focus on prospecting, quoting, and closing custom jobs across industries — from concept to PO.
What You’ll Do
•Prospect and close new industrial accounts
•Expand existing customer relationships
•Work closely with our estimating and engineering teams
•Turn technical needs into winning quotes
•Travel regionally to visit customers (mostly day trips)
•Track and report on pipeline activity

•Commission: 2% of booked job value (uncapped)

What We’re Looking For
•3–5 years of technical B2B sales experience (metal fab a big plus)
•Ability to read prints and understand custom job requirements
•Clear communicator with proposal writing chops
•Self-starter who thrives on hunting and closing
•Familiar with CRM tools, Excel, and quoting workflows
Schedule & Location
•Monday–Friday, flexible daytime hours
•In-person role with regional travel
•Based in West Michigan — you’ll be home most nights
