•You will bring in deals from accounts in your book of business that you already have or build. You will walk and estimate projects.

Main Responsibilities:
•Build and Maintain book of business
•Market to new/potential customers and bring in new accounts
•Bring in new leads (projects) from those accounts and close those leads
•Serve as point of contact with home/building owners and contractors
•Drive to client locations, job sites, and events on daily basis.
•Perform job walks for new projects and follow standards to build and confirm scope of work
Job Requirements:
•Hungry to build relationships and your book of business
•You have a clean driving record and are open to being on the road the majority of your work day
•Construction, Insurance, Or Abatement, restoration background preferred
•Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
•Exceptional time management skills
•Excellent social and networking skills
•Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications, Slack and Hubspot
•Experience using Xactimate (preferred but not necessary)
Support:
•You will have significant support to help you build your book of business
•You will have our Business Dev. Team cold call and coordinate introduction meetings on your behalf.
•You will have our Marketing team send you hot leads from online platforms to get an introduction meeting our close through our
•You will have our Marketing Team coordinate and schedule networking events on your behalf
•You will have a Bus. Dev. team build driving routes for you to visit new accounts
•You will be given a list of hundreds of accounts to market to
•You will be given significant training from our team to learn procedures so that you can build your book of business and grow as quickly as possible
•You will be given on the job training for job walks and sketching estimates
