The Sales Enablement Marketing Coordinator role provides consistent operational support for market-facing activities that contribute to the organization’s external engagement, brand presence, and customer communications. The role supports standardized planning, coordination, documentation, and tracking of customer- and employee-facing initiatives in accordance with established processes, financial controls, and branding standards. Working collaboratively with leadership and cross-functional teams, this position helps ensure activities are executed consistently, documented accurately, and aligned with organizational priorities and business practices. The responsibilities of this role are defined by organizational needs and may be adjusted to ensure alignment with business priorities, operational requirements, and applicable policies.
- Support execution of approved marketing programs and initiatives by maintaining content, tools, and communication channels that reinforce brand visibility and market messaging.
- Create, update, and maintain marketing collateral, ensuring all materials remain accurate, current, and effective.
- Manage the Business Development Portal by maintaining the marketing calendar and publishing new or updated marketing resources.
- Oversee Constant Contact communications, including maintaining distribution lists and developing customer notifications related to products, events, and company updates.
- Coordinate with third-party marketing vendors and support services, including invoice review and confirmation of approved scope prior to submission.
- Partner with external website support teams to ensure timely updates and accuracy of website content.
- Conduct monthly performance reviews of third-party marketing efforts, including Google Ads, PPC campaigns, and promotional landing pages.
- Manage social media activity by publishing event announcements, holiday messaging, and pre-/post-event updates, while monitoring and responding to audience inquiries and feedback.
- Provide company and service line analysis/information to better position UPS’ Business Development Representatives in their day-to-day sales call activities.
- Develop, and maintain a “subject matter expert” level of proficiency for our Industrial Information Resources (IIR) database to maximize our return on investment of this data base. Duties will include working with our appropriate IIR contact to configure the system to incorporate all desired communication
- Ensure the IIR data, and reporting needs of the team are met by providing regular outputs from the system to assist, and support them in analyzing customer opportunities, and needs.
- Provide market, customer, and service-line data analysis to support leadership visibility and sales enablement tools, without direct responsibility for client outreach or relationship management.
- Assist the Corporate Events and Business Development Administration Manager in the development of “yet to be defined” additional Business Development management tools that serve to improved overall team effectiveness, and “in call” performance. This may include heavy interaction with Corporate Director of Communications to ensure we are utilizing all available technology to transfer critical customer information to the “front lines”, i.e. using I-Pads to tell the UPS story to customers during normal Business Development activities.
- Assist in monitoring our Corporate Website “Info” inbox to route applicable external requests for Commercial response.
- Execute, and complete any “other duties as assigned” at a high level of proficiency, competency, urgency, etc. to achieve defined objectives.
- Support leadership and cross-functional stakeholders in the coordination and delivery of customer and employee event activities aligned with organizational priorities.
- Coordinate planning and execution activities for internal and external events, including preparation, on-site support, and post-event follow-up.
- Provide operational coordination to support consistent and professional execution of externally facing events.
- Support event budget administration by tracking planned versus actual expenses and identifying potential variances in accordance with company financial policies.
- Facilitate coordination meetings and post-event reviews to support communication, documentation, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate event staffing needs, scheduling, and dissemination of event-related information to participants.
- Prepare and maintain materials used for management reporting related to event schedules, participation levels, and budget status.
- Maintain organized records of event-related documentation, including invoices, receipts, and approvals, to support accounting reconciliation and audit readiness.
- Support development and distribution of event-related communications in alignment with established branding and messaging standards.
- Coordinate intake and routing of event-related requests based on defined processes, business priorities, and resource availability.
- Support ordering, tracking, and reporting of branded materials and promotional items, including inventory records and cost allocation support.
- Education
- Associates or Bachelor’s in Business Management, Marketing, or Communications discipline with a focus in Finance, Accounting, or other quantitative courses strongly preferred
- Experience
- 1 to 3 years of experience supporting a high performing, fast-paced sales, or operational team is preferred.
- Exposure to marketing operations, with exposure to event planning, and trade shows is a plus.
- Skills
- Exposure to Canva, graphic design, visual content platform a plus
- Exposure to Constant Contact, email marketing, or other lightweight marketing automation tools for the purpose of generation and tracking email campaigns (newsletters, announcements, etc) is a plus
- Proficient in all MS suite of products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficient in a wide range of data analysis and report production.
