Role Overview:

As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in driving Ally Waste's growth by identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities. Your primary focus will be on outbound prospecting, building strong relationships with property and regional managers, and setting appointments for the sales team. Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and other channels to generate leads.

- Qualify inbound leads and manage initial outreach to build rapport with potential clients.

- Schedule meetings and service reviews for the sales team with key decision-makers.

- Maintain and update CRM systems to track outreach and pipeline progress.

- Research and analyze industry trends to identify potential growth opportunities.

- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation efforts.

- Represent Ally Waste's core values in all interactions with potential clients.

Requirements:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.

- Self-motivated with a desire to meet and exceed goals.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.

- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.

- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation software is an advantage.

- Bachelor's degree is a plus, but not required.

- Pay: Competitive base salary ($40-50k) with performance-based incentives.

- Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday with flexible working hours.
