A Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a crucial role in driving our revenue growth by engaging warm leads and booking opportunities for our outside sales team to close deals. SDRs act as the frontline of our sales process and play a critical role in establishing trust with our customers during this first customer interaction. We're looking for someone who's already thrived in this type of role and is eager for the next challenge.
- Qualify and set appointments for our outside sales rep
- Work inbound and outbound leads to meet weekly and monthly sales quotas
- Demonstrate Product Knowledge Confidently and sell the value
- Maintain accurate lead data in our CRMs
- Collaborate amongst departments to stay update-to-date on process changes, product offerings, and industry trends
These are variable and will change based on lead volume and company goals, but the below provides context on expectations and volume.
- Qualify and set appointments for our outside sales rep that result in 180 Completed Appointments per Month.
- Work inbound and outbound leads to meet a monthly sales quota of $1M in contributed sales.
- Speed to Lead time of <2 hours.
- Lead data in CRM is trusted and accurate! For example: Names, phone numbers, email addresses, and notes are always accurate.
- Build trust and credibility with customers through every interaction by delivering clear communication, professionalism, and follow-through.
- Tenacity - You show unwavering focus on your goals, can overcome obstacles, don't give up after setbacks, and will do whatever it takes to meet the goal in front of you.
- Quick Starter - You easily retain information and are quick on your feet in conversations.
- Coachable - We are always improving so our processes can change and we want someone who can be coached and easily adapt to a changing environment as we learn together .
