Sales / Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer support while promoting our products and services. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle inquiries will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales.

Duties:

Manage customer requests & expectations (via email/phone)

· Work with production management & ERP system to monitor production status

· Monitor on-time delivery

Generate and follow leads for new business

· Utilize software program for outreach

· Prepare and submit quotes to prospective and existing customers. RFQ vendors as needed

· Follow up on pending quotes to closure

· Compile sales statistics

· Assist in marketing efforts

Requirements

High degree of initiative

Effective and proactive communication

Solid computer skills (email, excel, google sheets, etc.)

CRM experience is a plus

Prior experience in sales/ customer service role

Experience in manufacturing / Tool & Die/ Metal Stamping preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
