Client Service Representative role requires the ability to work in a fast paced, friendly, team environment where employees are encouraged and empowered to assist valued clients with their fueling needs from the driver level to the boardroom.
- Quickly identify and solve problems to address client account inquiries while providing technical and troubleshooting support assistance with our fuel card program
- Uses a variety of resources,tools and methods provided to offer accurate, timely and complete information to customer inquiries over emails and phone calls
- Ensuring any invoice or reporting inquiries are handled quickly and efficiently, providing knowledge and good customer service
- Collaborate with Internal & External parties to resolve customer issues, concerns and inquires
- Perform data entry of any relevant client, employee and billing information
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
- Know when to escalate queries to management in accordance with the company guidelines
- Assist customers with online demos of customer portal and confidently answer all questions for new customers navigating our internal customer website
- Other office tasks as assigned
- The role might require you to work evenings, weekends and/or holidays. A successful candidate will need to be flexible with availability
- Professional experience with Microsoft Office applications required (particularly Outlook and Intermediate Excel)
- Knowledge of the transportation industry is a strong asset, not required
- Experience directly communicating with clients is a strong asset
- Intermediate reading comprehension and excellent verbal communication skills in the English language
- Minimum 1-2 years of direct customer service experience is required
- An ability to work independently and in a group environment
- An ability to prioritize, multi-task, and deal with competing priorities.
