Duties include but not limited to, the ability to collaborate effectively with coworkers from other departments and build positive working relationships. Competence in using financial software, collection databases, and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage a high volume of accounts and tasks efficiently. Ability to maintain positive customer relationships while addressing sensitive financial matters. Respond to customer inquiries regarding bills, payments, and service issues, providing accurate information and resolving discrepancies. Receive, screen, and prioritize calls from the public or employees, determining the type and urgency of the response needed.
