Who we're looking for

Viacore Terrebonne is looking for a self-motivated Sales Coordinator to join its growing, dynamic team. This position is responsible for assisting our customers and solution specialists with inquiries related to conveyor belt products, field services, price estimates, and sales orders, while also performing customer service functions.


What you'll be doing:

Communicate with customers by phone, email, or in person to provide information on products and services, orders, or to gather details regarding complaints.
Receive and enter sales orders into the system based on customer purchase orders received by phone, email, fax, or in person.
Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships.
Generate work orders and job tickets for shop and/or field work.
Communicate effectively and respond to stakeholders such as branch managers, solution specialists, customers, and technicians regarding product and service needs.
Provide quotes to customers and assist solution specialists with preparing estimates and sourcing products.
Identify and resolve potential issues by addressing any customer failures or complaints.
Carry out various client-specific procedures, including obtaining and reviewing additional instructions for billing, ordering, online accounts, and other functions to ensure compliance with requirements.
Conduct all business transactions and customer relationships in a highly ethical manner.
Work closely with the accounting department to ensure timely payment collection.
Monitor inventory levels with the branch manager and inform office staff of available stock to meet customer needs.
Update customer data in the ERP system.
Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete, including coding, cost allocation, and pricing.
Perform any other related tasks as needed.


Required Qualifications

Education: High school diploma (D.E.S) required Experience: More than 2 years of experience in a related field Computer skills: Knowledge of Office 365Knowledge of NetSuite (a strong asset)

Ce poste est responsable d'assister nos clients et les spécialistes en solutions dans leurs demandes concernant les produits de courroies de convoyeur, les services sur le terrain, les estimations de prix et les commandes de vente, tout en assurant les fonctions de service à la clientèle.

Fonctions et responsabilités spécifiques (inclure toutes les fonctions essentielles de l'emploi) :

Communiquer avec les clients par téléphone, courriel ou en personne pour fournir des informations sur les produits et services, les commandes ou pour obtenir des détails sur les plaintes;
Recevoir et saisir les commandes de vente dans le système à partir des bons de commande des clients reçus par téléphone, courriel, fax ou en personne;
Établir et maintenir d'excellentes relations avec la clientèle;
Produire des bons de travail et des commandes pour les travaux en atelier et/ou sur le terrain.
Communiquer efficacement et répondre aux parties prenantes telles que les directeurs de succursale, les spécialistes en solutions, les clients et les techniciens concernant les besoins en produits et services;
Fournir des soumissions aux clients et assister les spécialistes en solutions dans la préparation des devis et la recherche de produits;
Identifier et résoudre les problèmes potentiels, en traitant toute défaillance ou plainte des clients;
Effectuer diverses procédures spécifiques aux clients, y compris l'obtention et l'examen des instructions supplémentaires pour la facturation, la commande, les comptes en ligne et d'autres fonctions pour assurer la conformité aux exigences;
Mener toutes les transactions commerciales et relations clients de manière hautement éthique;
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec la comptabilité pour assurer le recouvrement rapide des paiements;
Surveiller les niveaux d’inventaire avec le directeur de succursale et informer le personnel de bureau des stocks disponibles, en veillant à répondre aux besoins des clients;
Mettre à jour les données clients dans l’ERP.
S’assurer que toute la documentation est exacte et complète, y compris le codage, l’imputation des coûts et la tarification.
Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe selon les besoins.


Qualifications requises


Éducation: D.E.S requis

Experience: Plus de 2 ans d'expérience dans un domaine connexe.


Informatique: Connaissance de Office 365


Connaissance NetSuite (un atout ++)

Soucieux du détail, organisé et engagé à des normes de travail élevées
