Iron Embers Inc. is a small business in Guelph, ON. We have been building premium quality firepits since 2011, and have branched out to also include a range of metal fabrication services. We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team. Essential Duties:

•

Responsible for supporting customers to achieve customer satisfaction through understanding their needs and making informed product recommendations

•

Entering customer orders correctly

•

Assisting with generating leads for new business to drive sales and business growth

•

Support our social media and marketing efforts along with administrative tasks as required

•

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records

•

Provide prompt and friendly follow-up on leads and inquiries

Skills and Requirements:

•

This position is our customers frontline contact which always requires strong customer service skills and a professional attitude

•

Proficient in a variety of computer software applications

•

Attention to detail, problem-solving and interpersonal skills, as well as excellent written and oral communication skills are imperative

•

Must be customer and detail orientated

•

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
