Iron Embers Inc. is a small business in Guelph, ON. We have been building premium quality firepits since 2011, and have branched out to also include a range of metal fabrication services. We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team. Essential Duties:
•Responsible for supporting customers to achieve customer satisfaction through understanding their needs and making informed product recommendations
•Entering customer orders correctly
•Assisting with generating leads for new business to drive sales and business growth
•Support our social media and marketing efforts along with administrative tasks as required
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
•Provide prompt and friendly follow-up on leads and inquiries
Skills and Requirements:
•This position is our customers frontline contact which always requires strong customer service skills and a professional attitude
•Proficient in a variety of computer software applications
•Attention to detail, problem-solving and interpersonal skills, as well as excellent written and oral communication skills are imperative
•Must be customer and detail orientated
•Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
