The Sales Project Coordinator will work with Sales Project Managers and Sales Managers, along with Production Control and Sales team members, as required, to develop a thorough understanding of customer job requirements, ensuring that project objectives are met, sales orders are properly processed for all job components, and ensure that all project material, delivery, quality, and technical requirements are clearly documented therein.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
· Issues sales orders and releases for shipping.
· Ensures all given objectives of the team are properly documented and approved.
· Vigorously pursues the team’s objectives and participates in assembly of the product.
· Reports progress of the work and forecast completion dates.
· Manages the practical details of the transfer, care, custody and control of the team’s product, including assembly and transfer of any required documentation.
· Interfaces with customers to help resolve common technical problems and questions regarding our products and their operation.
· Serves as a liaison between the customer, Engineering, and Management to gain solutions to higher-level problems.
· Enters and issue RMA's as required for customer returns.
· Maintains database of customer calls and complaints, and of any recurring product failures or defects.
· Reports any recurring product failures or defects to Engineering, Management, and Quality.

· Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
· Knowledge of basic manufacturing concepts and terminology.
· Knowledge of basic industrial concepts and terminology including electrical, paint and coatings, and piping.
· Ability to read and understanding technical drawings.
· Entry-level training in Project Management, along with technology of the project.
· A bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related discipline and 3-5 years of relevant experience (desired) and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Prior work experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
· Experience working with an ERP system is desired.
· Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition and grammar.
