What You’ll Be Doing

- Engage directly with homeowners to educate them on solar and energy options

- Set appointments and deliver tailored in-home presentations

- Build and manage a local territory using a proven door-to-door model

- Network through referrals, community events, and follow-ups

- Hit individual and team sales goals — and help others do the same

- Participate in ongoing sales, leadership, and mindset training

Compensation & Benefits

- Base salary plus commission-based earnings: $150K–$250K annually

Requirements

- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

- Must be able to walk/stand for extended periods outdoors

- Willing to travel regionally 90–100% of the time

- Background check required

- Must be comfortable working independently and remotely when needed
