The Opportunity:

Responsibilities:

- Drive customer acquisition through direct door-to-door outreach in residential neighborhoods

- Schedule consultations and guide homeowners through our product offerings

- Close B2C deals in a one-call close environment

- Consistently meet and exceed performance goals — we reward both effort and execution

Qualifications:

- No prior sales experience needed — we train from scratch

- 18+ years old, able to pass a background check

- Authorized to work in the U.S.

Schedule:

- Now Hiring Year-Round

- Full-Time Commitment: Monday through Friday

- Flexible Time Off: Our top reps earn the bulk of their income in just 9 months — when you produce, you earn freedom

What a Typical Day Looks Like:

- 11:00 AM: Team training & strategy meeting — sharpen your mindset, learn from top producers, and set your goals for the day

- 12:00 PM: Travel with your team to the assigned sales area

- 2:00–8:00 PM:

- Knock doors in assigned neighborhoods

- Deliver your pitch, handle objections, and close deals

- Work alongside your team for real-time coaching, motivation, and support

- Track your numbers and celebrate wins throughout the shift

- Prime selling hours = prime earning opportunity

- Evening: Return home as a team, check in with your manager, and reset for tomorrow
